Job Ad & Profile Description

Position : Administrative Operations Manager

We are in need for profiles and CVs of Administrative Operations Managers that will be sent to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties

  • Establish program and financial conformity for each grant funded
  • Inspect tracking, collecting, and reporting of program rents and bills from program participants
  • Integrate with site Coordinators/Managers to prepare and submit reports as required for internal and funder purposes
  • Harmonize with all departments to oversee and maintain site inventory of supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Required profile for job ad : Administrative Operations Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit Management
  • At least 2 years in leadership or management
  • Understanding of fund accounting 
  • Ability to work within a social services team climate
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Leadership and Supervisory
