Job Ad & Profile Description

Position : HR Administrator

We are looking for profiles and CVs of HR Administrators that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process ;
  • Update HR database ;
  • Prepare HR documents ;
  • Participate in HR projects ;
  • Answer employees who have queries around HR policies and procedures ;
  • Assist in  payroll management process ;
  • Assist line managers regarding employment legislation.
Required profile for job ad : HR Administrator
  • HR background ;
  • Proven experience as HR administrator or HR assistant ;
  • Excellent organizational skills ;
  • Strong administration skills ;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ;
  • Experience with an HR software.
