Position : HR Officer

Job description
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the incumbent will implement HR processes and activities aligned to the BVI strategy to support a high-performance culture. She/He will drive PMS, Payroll Administration, Recruitment, Talent Management and staff support activities.

Required profile for job ad : HR Officer

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years post graduate experience in a mature HR environment
  • Experience in ERP HR Modules
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excell
  • Exposure to Talent Management and Succession Planning
