We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations and Analytics team at e2open. This role will help manage e2open’s marketing automation platform and all marketing technology integrations to the MAP, demand management, routing, scoring, engagement programs, campaign programs, segmentation, and data management processes. This role will work closely with the Marketing Technology function to ensure that all marketing technology integrations to our marketing automation platform are efficient and compliant. This individual will help to build scalable processes and consult with the wider marketing team to support strategic and tactical campaigns, while improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, programs, and infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help manage the marketing automation platform, ensuring that the development of scalable processes and programs are in place to empower the marketing team to efficiently drive results.
- Work with outside marketing automation agencies to ensure that projects and tasks are completed accurately, and on-time, and built around best-in-class repeatable and compliant processes.
- Help create and continuously document strategic, process-driven standard operating procedures.
- Help create training documentation and conduct relevant training sessions to marketing and sales teams on lead process/improvements/enhancements.
- Encourage shared learning across the operations team to ensure that knowledge is transferred and covered at all times.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to develop a plan for improvements for the current marketing automation activities, performance and investment against industry best practices.
- Work with digital/marketing technology team and other relevant team members to help develop a marketing governance process across the team and ensure consistent adherence to compliance standards worldwide.
- Help manage our demand management processes, including routing, scoring, and SLAs.
- Responsible for engagement program execution, campaign program execution, and segmentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations, Analytics or a related field
- Experience in B2B marketing operations
- Marketo certification and experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to hit deadlines on complex projects
- Advanced experience with campaign management best practices
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience of successfully working cross-functionally
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assemble and interpret data and deliver actionable business insights
- Experience of managing Marketing Operations processes including lifecycle management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping
- Proficient in marketing automation systems (Marketo) and integrating those systems with other technologies (SFDC, 6sense, Leadspace, etc.)
