Job Ad & Profile Description

Position : Territory Manager – North

Main Purpose:

The role involves managing and growing the existing customer base, credit management and ensuring that all B2B & Retail contractual and performance deliverables are met. Closely monitor customer’s volume and margin performance against plan. Canvassing for and negotiating new business deals.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Health and Safety (HSEQ) agenda of the company by conducting regular site audits, training of site staff and managing compliance.
  • Maintain administrative control of the assigned portfolio to achieve set objectives; Sales volumes, HSEQ, Credit and profitability. Maintain an updated list of fuel prices, and notify the clients about any changes affecting them.
  • Provide administrative support to new clients; Supply contracts, opening of accounts, business value chain and inventory management. Training; product knowledge and handling
  • Maintain a healthy business relationship and close communication with key stakeholders; Internal and external customers. Act as the liaison between the company and the customers.
Required profile for job ad : Territory Manager – North

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have an Undergraduate University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
  • Post Graduate University Degree in Business Administration or commerce will be an advantage.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in sales and marketing at middle management level
