At Gabzlink l was sending invoices and preparing quotaions to all necessary clients and collecting the payments from those clients(I was using the Quick-books Software).Those who refused to pay l followed up on them and used different measures to receive payments from them.At PR Executive l was assisting the accountant to prepare financial statements of different companies,doing taxes for the companies,Assisting clients to open companies by registering for them at companies and places such as PPADB.I also prepared payrolls for different companies using the VIP Sage software.

I am studying to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.At the moment l am left with five papers to complete my course.As l am not Government sponsored it cost a lot to make funds to pay for tuition fees.This Job that l am applying for will help me to complete my course.As an ACCA student l am able to work full time while l am studying in fact the Association advice's us to work will studying this helps with putting into practice what we learn immediately.

I did not complete my Honors Degree in Accounting.The reason is that l was studying abroad in Malaysia,as international students we renewed our visa's every year while in Malaysia.In 2012 the Malaysian Immigration changed that procedure due to increase in illegal people making themselves students while increasing crime in the country.The new law was that all international students should go back to there country's of origin and renew there visa's from their home country's.I came back to Botswana, (Dtf) my sponsor took a long time to prepare me to return to Malaysia.The university had no choice but to terminate my course because l stayed away from university for more than a year.I was left with two subjects to complete my course and to redo my internship because l did not do it in one of the big four Audit firms(those were the only companies outside Malaysia that we where allowed to do Internship).
