I started my career as a Software technician with Nashua Zimbabwe in September 2019. Working under the direction of senior members, I supported FMAudit a fleet management software. My duties among other included installation of software on customers environment; investigate and troubleshoot whenever the system goes down in their environment and remote support whenever they need it. Using my academic and professional knowledge, I dedicated year 2020 to study an Executive certificate in Cyber Security and Forensics with Arrupe Jesuit University and Fundamental of Digital Marketing on Google Garage part-time.
Other skills developed during my BSc in Business Management and Information Technology studies included reverse engineering, Web development, along with Software Engineering. This knowledge has enabled me to operate in Windows platforms and master multiple software principles.
