I have been an HR professional for more than 8 years . At my current job in the HR/Admin department of a midsize company (111 permanent & 30 temporary including interns staff component), I handle recruitment where i design advert,screen, interview and place the right candidate. I also handle training and development where i design and identify training needs across units, manage talent acquisitions programs such as recruitment, rewards and benefits, labor relations as well as performance management. In addition i review HR operational processes and prepare reports of training plans and manage as well as maintain every training,terminal payments,salaries and recruitment activity in the organization. I have been privileged in my career to have been performing various HR deliverables at an early stage of my career (since 2011) and through that i have developed a deep understanding and execution of training matters as well as General HR related matters. This deliverables i have performed in various organizations over the years have sharpened my attention to detail skills,my exceptionally visible communication skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills by virtue of attending to complex situations of various individuals with different characters.
